Terms and Conditions as per Art.10 of the Law No. 675/96 e its successive amendments or/and integrations.
As per Law 675 of 1996, personal data shall be used by “Reale House Bed & Breakfast” exclusively for the execution of the activity in question. Treatment of such information shall involve appropriate modalities to ensure maximum restriction. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

Terms and Conditions on reservation and rates in use, are applied and must be accepted upon reservation. Proprietors reserve the right to update and/or modify such at any moment: in such case, whoever has made a reservation is guaranteed of the same conditions and rates at the moment of his booking.

Reservations are accepted, as per norm, not more than three months before the date of actual stay. For longer periods, our guests are conceded the Right to Choose. Such right shall be exercised not later than the date of expiration of the said option, or within the three-month period prior the date of actual stay. This option, however, shall be annulled without ulterior communication, if, at the termination of such deadline, the reservation process is not completed through payment of a deposit as guarantee for reservation, which must be sent via fax or email, together with the copy of the present Reservation Form and a copy of House Rules duly filled-out and signed in acceptance of the conditions mentioned.

Upon receipt of the Reservation Form, signed House Rules, and copy of the payment of the deposit, we shall send you, within 2 working days (via fax or email), the Reservation Confirmation. Only then that the room/s is/are confirmed and reserved under your name.

For total guarantee, payment of 50% of the total amount must be made as guarantee-deposit. In case of non-payment within 48 hours from the communication of the reservation request, the reservation shall be cancelled without further communication. The deposit shall not be reimbursed if reservation is cancelled and communicated less than 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation before the seventh day is still kept 30% of the total booking amount. No reimbursement shall be given in case of non-communication of the reservation cancellation within the period of the deadline. Payment of the balance shall be made upon arrival, or as agreed upon during the process of the reservation. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Rates in use, that can be consulted in our website “www.realehouse.it” are those declared annually to the Province of Rome, and are found in common places, as well as in rooms reserved for guests. Prices include overnight boarding and breakfast.

The Reale House B&B can annul in any case this present contract, totally or partially, without any compensation, in exceptional circumstances. In such case, if the contract is cancelled before its actual execution, client is entitled of a complete reimbursement of the amount paid.
Any changes regarding the actual number of guests that shall arrive, must be communicated in letter (fax or email) as early as possible: it is not, however, guaranteed that there shall be more rooms/beds available than those initially confirmed.
Inconveniences, observations and critiques must be communicated verbally, as early as possible, during the stay. Complaints received 15 days after the actual stay, shall not be given consideration.
We disclaim any responsibility for problems that may arise and are independent from the operations of our establishment, and can cause trouble, tardiness or cancellation before, during or after your stay (workers’ strikes, transport problems, postal problems, weather conditions, water or electric interruptions, natural calamities, etc).

B&B HOUSE RULES
 

SCHEDULE


CHECK-IN: Check-in for incoming guests is from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M., except in particular circumstances and necessities on the part of the guests. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid identification for registration purposes. The inobservance of such constitutes a violation of the Penal Code and authorizes us to ask the guests to leave the establishment immediately. Our guests’ personal data shall be treated in terms of the rules in effect on privacy.
CHECK-OUT: Rooms must be emptied of the guests’ luggage and personal belongings by 10 A.M on the day of the guests’ departure, except when there are particular agreements made during the process of the reservation. An amount equivalent to a night price of the room shall be imposed to the guest if such rule is not observed.

RULES ON BEHAVIOUR

At any time, within the establishment, behaviour, activities, games and use of equipment that can cause disturbance to other guests, must be avoided. Children must also be always accompanied by adults. Adults shall be responsible for the behaviour of the minors entrusted to them.


ROOMS
It is strictly prohibited to kindle any type of fire in the rooms. Rooms are provided with all your basic necessities: towels, covers, pillows, etc. For any other exigencies, please do not hesitate to ask the staff present. Bed sheets (which are cleaned and prepared for your arrival) are changed every 3 days. Room cleaning is done on a daily basis, and at times when deemed necessary. Valuable objects must not be left unattended in the room. Every room is provided with a safe to be used for such objects. We shall not claim responsibility for the loss of any object, personal effect and others.


TOILETS/WASH ROOMS

All rooms have their own private toilet/washroom.


PETS

Pets are not admitted inside the establishment.
